Commemorative Book Submissions
Each year, Donor Family Services creates a commemorative book honoring our donors and their gifts of donation.
The book contains photos and tributes submitted by the family. Submissions can be made online at https://cvent.me/ORGOLg (one photo and one tribute per donor).
Photos will also be part of a yearly video created to honor organ, eye, and tissue donors. We welcome your participation.
