Chandler Brownlee - National Director of Tissue Operations and Development

Chandler has worked for LifeNet Health for over 6 years, and has worked in non-profit management for over 15 years. Chandler loves working for a mission-minded company, and knowing tissue donation positively impacts donor families in their time of grief while healing recipients in their time of need. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Leadership and Organizational Development, and later received a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.

 

 

Louanne White - Manager of Operations

Louanne is a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist and has been with LifeNet Health of Florida for 15 years.  Louanne has over 30 years of experience in management, accounting and finance.  She currently oversees the Florida Donor Family Aftercare program along with the administrative and community education functions for the Florida offices.  Louanne loves what she does at LifeNet Health and is extremely honored and humbled to work with donor families who show such compassion in the midst of their grief.  For Louanne, it is a privilege to work for an organization whose mission is saving lives, restoring health and giving hope.

 

 

Karin Frosio - Manager, Hospital and Community Relations

Karin has an extensive background in healthcare and educational fields. She holds a Masters in Health Administration and is a Certified Grief Counselor. Karin has a passion for fostering relations with hospitals, hospice programs, funderal homes, Medical Examiners and other community partners to help facilitate the gift of donation. She is a national trainer for LifeNet Health's continuing education programs and also serves on the Board of Donate Life Florida, serves as Chair of the State Workplace Partnership program and is on the board of the Jacksonville Transplant Alliance. In her spare time, Karin serves as a trained Stephen Ministry Leader, providing one-to-one care and lay counseling to people experiencing a difficult time in life and volunteers with local non-profit, Body & Soul, to bring healing to patients through music.

 

Lesley Lang - Hospital and Community Relations Coordinator

Over the last 13 years, Ms. Lang has served hospitals, funeral homes, medical examiners, and donor families with tissue donation and transplantation expertise.  Ms. Lang has worked for LifeNet Health for over seven years.  As Manager, she continues to oversee hospital and community relations, as well as donor program and partner development.  Lesley believes every family should receive the option of donation, and has consulted closely with Florida hospitals, increasing their donation conversion rates through finding best practices and providing professional education. She also has an extensive background in grief and bereavement as well as clinical procurement, providing valuable insight to LifeNet Health’s healthcare partners who serve to fulfill a family’s wishes to donate.

Lesley serves as a state appointed board member for ACHA’s, Organ and Tissue Procurement and Transplantation Advisory Board.  She serves as a valued member for Baptist Women’s Board, the local chapter Membership Director for American College of HealthCare Executives, Pensacola Chamber, Santa Rosa Healthcare advocates and Independent Funeral Directors of Florida.  In her spare time, she also serves the community as a member of Krewe Seville and Ball Committee Chair.

Lesley earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Mortuary Science at Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and is currently enrolled in the Master’s of Healthcare Administration program at University of West Florida, Pensacola FL.
