Formed in 2001, the LifeNet Donor Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to perpetuate the honor and memory of organ and tissue donors by providing education, awareness and support to donor families and the community. It financially supports public and professional education programs geared to promote and raise awareness of organ and tissue donation. It also strives to support programs that serve the bereaved community, specifically families that have been involved in the donation process.
